Shail Jiji inspires and encourages devotees and member to work for the development of the society and Nation. She spread her love and affection by the means of women's awareness camps, women's conference, youth awareness camps, and youth conferences. She listens people’s problems and struggle as if it’s her part of life. She cheers them up and help them finding the solutions.  She believes helping needy people is the biggest Serving to the God.

Like a Mother she sees her child in everyone and can feel the pain of the society. Seen as an example, In her leadership when the worst natural disaster in the Kedarnath came, they were distributed relief supplies to victims, build houses and schools for the victims' families, schools, etc.. Gujarat earthquake or the Latur earthquake, Orissa and Bihar flood or cyclone in the south, in all she  played an important role in providing rescue service by taking quick decisions.

Under her guidance millions of women and men work together to serve the society. She set a example that as a women if work efficiently anything can be achieved
